Daymakers or AT Bindings?

Anybody have any info out there on the Daymakers for touring and are able to give some pros and cons for them? In idea, they look amazing but im trying to get into touring and dont know if dropping $360 is worth it compared to some of the deals I could get on an AT Setup.
I have JJ Zeros that had one mount for Tyrolia Attack 13 demos and my current mount for Tyrolia attack 13s. At my local shop, there are Adrenalin 16 demos and Adrenalin 13s for sale. (I think the 16 demos are $150 and the 13s are $180) My thought process is that I can reuse some of the holes (I think I can fit Adrenalins in the existing mounting holes, yeah?) and not be shit out of luck with a third mount on my skis. Or I could pick up some daymakers and never have to worry about that on any of my skis...

Any input is appreciated and If i need to go into the backcountry/at fourm just lmk but I thought I'd ask gear talk first.

Side note: I can get skins for $100 so I don't need to worry much about those.

the remount with the AT binding will be more beneficial if the holes and mount like work for you. This rout will save you having to carry two more pieces of gear in your pack.

This.
I have the BCA trekkers, and despite the poor build quality and sketchiness of them, the worst thing about them is having to lug them around. they don't seem too big but they definitely take up a lot of much-needed room.

If you can get the adrenaline 16s that cheap I would go for it. The combo set up would be good for those skis since they will probably still see a lot of resort days I am assuming. That's what I did, except I have Dukes. This year I have skied more inbounds than not on them and it's been totally normal I forget they aren't true Alpine bindings

daymakers are great for seshing a booter or for lift-accessed touring, but aren't great for a full-day tour

the adrenaline 16 will be considerably heavier than the 13, and there's about a 99% chance you'll never need a 16-din binding. that said, binding weight is only an issue until your legs get stronger

99% sure that Adrenalin and Attack hole patterns are different widths, probably wont be able to use any of the old holes. Double check with a shop before you go down that route.

Addition to this and assuming the tech(s) at your local shop are any clever enough you can re-use old holes that a just a tad off by installing heli-coils to shift the centre of the hole slightly with out doing any negative affects to the ski it self (always assuming this process is done correctly)

Thanks for the heads up man, yeah I'll definitely re check that out. I think I'm going adrenalin 16s. Turns out the have a brand new pair with no brakes for 200 and I just so happen to have a pair of 115mm brakes that fit them so looks like I'm in business
