skifellayea that's a common problem. make sure you get a good pop and set your spin with your arms/shoulders and body forming a t and then try to suck your legs into your chest. pulling your legs up will help a ton to balance/center yourself
The.FishI have shin pressure when i take off for my 3s but for some reason i always drop my shoulder still. Its only on poppy jumps. I feel like if i set my throw more forward then i will land on my face or something.
JichelMustenDon't look at the ground too early. This is in my opinion the most common problem that leads to backseat landings
FKS_HEEL_PIECEPop and keep your chest as vertical as possible.
Erikaaayou are the reason why i cringe every time i think about landing backseat after my 3s.
fucking. dildo.
The.Fishhttps://www.newschoolers.com/videos/watch/857681/360-fail i am gonna clean these up tomorrow. I feel like if I pick a point to aim at behind me like the first jump knuckle, I will be less off axis. I feel like I am throwing it on axis but I feel like its my head that is dropping my shoulder. Also I feel like keeping my left shoulder shifted to the left will help carry around the 360. I can do them on tiny like 2 ft jumps but this one is 10-15 feet and way poppier.
FKS_HEEL_PIECETbh markers are sharper and hurt more than fks's, but somehow fks heelpiece was more relatable so I went with it
gayprinkif you go off a big jump you dont need to throw as hard and you can just float a big 3 out and focus on staying more on axis when you land.
