Greg_K1850 grams for the 179cm which is about the middle for its width range. I've had 2 pairs of Volkl Walls which is the stiffer, full chamber and symmetrical park ski from Volkl. Found the 185cm Wall was solid feeling without being heavy.
The directional Kink is softer all around but not a noodle. It's stiffer in the chambered middle section for great pop and edge hold with softer, playful tip/tails that are rockered for easier turning and catch free spins.
I think they make a great all mountain ski that is playful in the park.
DIRTYBUBBLEI can't speak for the Kink, but I currently own Volkl Ledges and I'm pretty pleased with them. They're 10x softer than I thought they were going to be, and they've held up very well so far.
