I really like the guy, I think he is taking the church and Christianity as a whole in a more positive direction.

I still think that religion should have been left in the dark ages but its good to see some light shining through.

Obviously climate change is real. Yesterday the climate was rainy. Today the climate is sunny with a few clouds.

All that hype that scientists are putting out about climate change is bs. Obviously the climate changes every day. Every dummy knows that. No need for a government funded scientist to tell us that stuff.

I think you mean weather, climate and weather aren't interchangeable.

Both of you are much smarter than that. Climate describes the atmospheric conditions one should expect at a given location as the earth revolves around the sun. Weather describes specefic and more localized atmospheric events.

That can't be possible. For example, the rainforests in Costa Rico see a lot of rain all of the time, regardless of where the sun is in the sky. In fact, it mostly rains when the sun isn't shining.

I don't understand. You're saying that time is what determines climate versus weather? So if it rains today, it is weather, but if it rains for 3 days it is climate? So if it rains every other day for a month it can still be dry weather, but if it rains two days in a row and then not for the rest of the month, I would live in a wet climate?

The truth is no one knows the truth, religious conflict is ridiculous. Everybody's right, everybody's wrong. Nobody's right, nobody's wrong. Anyone who says otherwise is lying, or delusional. There is absolutely no way to know what happens to your consciousness after you die, until you do.

I personally identify more with deism than anything, but I don't have a problem with people following religions. In many ways, it helps people make sense of the world around them. For others, it may bring closure. Everyone is different, but fighting over religious ideologies is just plain wrong.
