Profahoben_212Fine a guy in the lift that clearly knows what they are doing....awkwardly stalk them from like 50 yards back. They will show you the goodies.
Or you can stalk an older freeride ski team if you see one riding. They know some good spots.
This is how I learned my way around squaw for the most part haha
D.B.Probably not the best advice to be giving out.
You should never follow anyone, like, ever.
Profahoben_212You wanna give me a reason I can't be 50 yards behind someone?
Profahoben_212Not sure why but it cut it off..cell phone probs.
Because as long as he is skiing within his ability, and with caution, like every skier on the mountain should be. There should be absolutely no issues. And you shouldn't be skiing above somebody in an area that it could cause issues. Wait for them to clear.
You obviously don't just blindly mob behind somebody hoping for the best. That would be insane and not how it was supposed to come out.
.MASSHOLE.Just got back from there yesterday.
On a pow day, hit the tram line at like ~7:45-8 to get first box (depends on storm amount). Go from the tram to Sublette, ski the shit out of that, then head to the headwall and ski some of that stuff.
If you have avy gear and experience, Granite Canyon. But do NOT go out there if you are alone or do not have avy gear. Seriously.
B_stanI skiied the 11" on tuesday, it was fuckin nuts. today is my last day so im gonna get some tree skiing in and i wanna ski saratoga bowl and i kinda wanna go ski hobacks.
