Thats weird, we had little hail that looked a bit like snow over here, but yeah the east coast has been battered the last 48 hours. But yeah I checked out the snow cams, looks quite decent, would be proud of that in season.Think the hot weather will be back by Sunday, 35 I think. Couple of years they had mega bushfirse up there!

The bizarre, wild weather has brought the first significant snow @ Falls Creek
The bizarre, wild weather brought the first significant snowfalls to the alpine resort of Falls Creek, in the heart of the Victorian Alps.
It was minus 1.6 overnight and resort staff encountered significant snow 4kms below Falls Creek on the road up to the resort this morning. The Bogong High Plains Road to Omeo is currently closed beyond Falls Creek.
Whilst the wild weather has caused widespread damage across Victoria and NSW the alpine resort is experiencing a true mid-winter day, with at least 15cm of snow already blanketing the ski slopes. (128 days to go to official start of the 2005 season).

Yesterday was filled with continuous rain, and some even mentioned the 'S' word.
Well that all turned to truth at approximately 9pm last night... and it hasn't stopped since!

Well There is more snow in Nova Scotia (atlantic Canada)and Northern US than in Quebec city.

wtf...? I was just talking to some people that I know in australia and they said that it is one of the hottest summers they have been in. They said that their damn pool was too warm to swim in

Yeah it has been relatively hot this summer but the last week the weather just went crazy, it will be bak to normal next week!
