Has anyone received their revision skis?

I'm trying to be patient but was told they would ship early January. So far all I've heard from revision is that the skis have been shipped from the manufacturer to revision's warehouse, and from the warehouse promptly to me. It's been a week since that email and so far nothing. No replies from revision either. Is there a phone number I can call? All I can find is links to social media.
