Black Diamond makes an incredible bib, only if you want to layer because they areee pretty thin. They are called the M DAWN PATROL PANTS (currently own these guys and I like em, but would probably prefer a bit warmer of a pant, good for spring skiing, cold/always gotta layer quite a lot for the 20degree or lower temps... they fit really well and are extremely comfortable with great pockets. when its like 10 or lower it just sucks or you gotta wear really warm layers... but i guess incentive to ski hard to get warm lol
Better bib, in my opinion the best bib out there is the Salomon Chill Out Bib. super durable always highly rated and a perfect pant for layering, but still able to keep you warm no problem (a fair amount more warm than the B diamonds.) Won't keep you hot in the spring in Cali, won't be cold on a chill day in Colorado, (layering isn't to bad at all with these) Also think it looks sick haha
Other great brands include
NorthFace (great brand, highly recommend, durable and doesn't look bad normally, just a classic good ole Ski Pant. ever looking for a puffy mid layer or just a puffy for fun, get one of their thermoball jackets insane how warm and breathable they are at the same time)
Helly Hansen (what almost every lifty or person working on the hill in general wears) never worn their pants but my favorite jacket and my favorite mid and base layers are from here insane quality, insane detail, and looks better than any other brand. (normally HH comes with little sweet niche's that other companies do not have.
Arc'Teryx if your feeling expensive (unless they have a sale) but even sometimes not to bad in price. One of the best on the list for quality, probably behind HH, and very comfortable and nice looking
Columbia (not my absolute favorite, I just don't like how their stuff looks most of the time but its not a bad brand if you find something cool from there)
Outdoor Research (its just a cool brand, never worn this so can't give to much feedback)
DynaFit (I just love the brand for the most part, but again never worn their clothes)
We introduced a pair of bib pants earlier this winter, which I am personally really pleased with. Been great these past couple weeks in CO with the new snow
saga makes some sick looking bibs, if you want you can even unzip bib and take that park off to have regular pants. they are pretty dope for 150-200$. They sell like 3 pairs I think.
