Shin Bang on Back Of Leg?

Here's another ShinBang thread to add to the thousands. But I haven't seen any threads related to pain on the BACK of the leg. Anybody else experience this? The front of my shins hurt a little but the pain is mostly in the back of my leg.

Tighten your boots, and don't lean back so hard. It's probably pressure on the back of your legs from the back of your boot pushing into your leg because u lean back so much

Do you mean like the back of your leg or like the muscles behind the shin? But yea tighten your boots and don't ski backseat.

but it's not at all, actually the opposite. If you ski through the park backseat I can tell know you don't know how to actually ski. Keep your weight forward and tighten those boots son!

Bro that's just called a bruised calf. Also tighten up your boots more.

I know exactly what it is
I haven't skied in roughly 2 years


My Boots have a flex index of 70
Dalbello 6.9's
(Used to weigh roughly 120lb)

Since then I've gotten big
(175lb)

Time for new boots
