Screenshot? What browser and OS are you using? Is it on all videos uploaded to ns?

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?

It's Chrome on 64bit Windows 10
I haven't tried that but I have reinstalled adobe flash and tried it with and without the gpu

Have you tried it in another browser?

We'll obviously try to get it working for you on your regular setup, but its helpful for us to isolate if you can try it in a few browsers and let us know if it's all of them or just one.
