Step 1: find a cheap pole like $10, or free
Step 2: cut it to the length you want
Step 3: grips, biking grips or hockey tape
Step 4: (optional) paint them and so the are fancy
Step 5: ???
Step 6: $profit$

i pulled some bamboo poles out of the trash and cut them to 32cm. best piece of gear i have ever had.
