if you're looking for shorts, the adventures in transition series by banks gilberti on vimeo are all great. a skiers journey episodes on vimeo if you're looking for something more lowkey and documentary-esque

gotta say any level 1 movie really takes the cake for me.
less and sunny are probably my favorites, but pleasure, small world, and refresh are also really good.
also finitio, or any bunch film really, was amazing
