I got Acl surgery using my patellar in April last year. all in all everything went well. recovery, training etc. How ever now i have this weird pinch under my knee cap when i ski or do exercise.
Looking for tips on how to make it go away, if skiing with one is bad, and if any of you have patellar surgery and how it went along!
