Replying to Revision REALLY messed up
so yea im in the same boat as many others who preordered revisions and expected a shipping date about over a month ago. They sent an email Nov 16 then saying it was delayed and another email Nov 25 with an 'update' and saying they expect to ship the first week in January and are giving a $100 coupon for the inconvenience (a coupon really?). Since then there have been no more emails or updates. I have messaged them on here and emailed them twice with no response whatsoever. I understand the shipping date was expected to be delayed to the first week in January but the lack of communication since is fucking astounding. Unfortunately not everyone who preordered has another pair of skis to ride and im sure many have to get them mounted at a store which will only mean less days on the mountain. I understand their situation and the reason its delayed however I'm sure they were aware of this mistake before Nov 16 which was when people were expeicing a ship date and not a 2 month delay. Also since then they have not keep their customers up to date, a simple email with a more accurate shipping date would be nice, or even simply responding to a message on ns and my emails would be much appreciated. so what they might be busy its the fucking ski season what do you expect, this is not a core company and their handling of this is pretty pathetic imo
