I'm being completely serious but I just rub a candle on my skis/rail when I am on my backyard setup and it works fine.

You can cook up some skate wax with tea lite candles, crayons, and veggie oil. I've done it before works pretty nice

OP I've never had to wax pvc. Is there something wrong with the surface? Is it all scuffed Up with gashes in it?

PVC is pretty slippery on its own, shouldnt need to wax it. more slippery than metal rails

pvc is slippery compared to most steel park rails, but once it gets shredded on top from ur edges it can benefit from rubbing a little candle wax on top like the guy above me said.
