cory.iyoobkeep it. But make sure to make a second rail so you could have more difficult rails when you get bored.
magco1271Wait so, my friend built a six foot/ seven foot rail that i have yet to see/use. Is it going to suck?
kung_powpowyeah it will suck, unless you're a beginner. I don't think its even possible to dub swap or pretz a rail that short

LukasSchroederi can barely pretz 2 out on my friends 8 foot, can 2 out pretty easily. basically just using it until we have enough snow for his full setup .could maybe swap if youre good but you'd be finishing the swap right at the end of the rail.
pic of setup when we get more snow:

kung_powpowWhy do all the rails end in the water lol
theabortionatorIt really depends on your ability level. 10 feet isn't bad for learning stuff. Once people can slide rails well 12-16 is a nice size for learning though as it allows you to slide for a little bit.
I will say that IMO 3 feet is way too short for an extension. I would build something else 8' plus unless you're going to rebuild the rail an add to it.
Everything sounds bigger until you hit it. For instance 16'-20' sounds pretty big but its considered a medium sized feature.
MiikaVanhanenMy backyard rail is about that long. Here is a link to video of it.
