DeepskierTake all bindings off, fill holes with epoxy or glue then use a mallet to plug them, next find your mount point (should be at least 0.5 -1 cm away from existing holes, farther the better) then mark your center/where you want it mounted, adjust your template to your boot, but the arrow on your mark drill the holes (do this with a solid surface under the ski so it has nowhere to go and make sure your jig is correct or you will dimple the ski or drill through it and then your boned) then flip it upside down band out the wood and dust in the holes, fill them with epoxy and then screw in your bindings (make sure they suck down to the ski) and finally adjust dins/forward pressure. It is actually fairly easy.
