Steps to learning a misty on skis

So I know how to do mistys but how should I set up a misty they are very difficult and challenging to throw my very first time throwing one what should i do?

If you can do it on a tramp and you have no issues with commitment, then you can easily do one on skis. Once you go upside down enough times you realize that all flips aren't that different from each other.

Find a jump you're comfortable on, learn the speed, and commit. Not very different from on trampoline, just scarier. Remember to pop
