This is the type of skiing I do and like doing. I love the feeling of stomping anything under the chairlift and everyone goes. It's, weather it's just sending a natural jump or throwing a simple 3. Does anyone have advice in how to progress at being a playful skier? I don't ski park, I usually ski around the mountain finding natural features to practice tricks off of. How do I progress? Thanks

Follow skiers that are better than you. Definitely one of the best ways to progress IMO.

I dabble in the park but this is my favorite type of skiing too. Things I try to do to progress in this aspect are to ollie/nollie off every possible lip/roller on a groomer and getting as much air as I can. Also be sure to work on your buttering cause once you can get down the basic butter 3 you can turn any trail into a fun, playful park. Work on your tweaks and basic grabs too; a simple tweaked tail grab can turn what would be your average straight air off a roller into something that looks stylish. Guaranteed to get you a few head turns from any chicks on the lift
