Good skins would be Black Diamond or 4FRNT. Skins come in different sizes so just match up the dimensions.

Any skin that is 130 or wider. You cut them to fit.

G3's skins come with a trimming tool in the box with them. I'm curious to know if they have a patent on it since Black Diamond's do not come with such a tool and that makes it a lot harder to match the trim to the sidecut of your ski. I watched a three minute video on YouTube from REI on how to trim G3 skins and gave it a go just yesterday. It was basically brainless. I was stoked with the outcome. Also, I scored the alpinists mohair nylon mix skins from sierratradingpost for $73 with a coupon code. You seriously cannot go wrong at that price. Good luck!
