Bellingham is such a great town. I visit family there for a week every year and I'm always bummed to leave. If Baker was like 30 Minutes closer, it would be one of the best ski towns in North America.

Only thing holding me back. Baker is amazing.. but 1.5 hours to get there makes it hard to find the time to ski. Bellingham is amazing as well.

OP everyone there is kinda hipster haha, but its nice. A lot of outdoorsy people, skiers, mountain bikers.

BTW if you mountain bike bellingham is amazing.

There isn't a greek system so all the parties are at houses. You can find some bangers especially around Halloween, but once it gets cold most people stay inside. To sum it up, Downtown is lit af.

The girls... some are femi-nazis with the side-shave and died hair. Then the hipster/hippy deal is an interesting mix too... So I would describe them as being quirky. This makes the typical dime piece hard to cum by. And its worth pointing out that a girl that shreds is a 10/10, right???? There are plenty of those here

So I got into WWU and got a decent scholarship for non resident at least, and everyone who is saying it's so far from baker can you elaborate... Their website says it's 50miles away from the school

Great MTB scene, great snow sport scene.

It will not at all be a traditional college experience- that's not good or bad.

The girls will not at all be on the level of a bigger university with tradition, but more of the girls will be cool and have something cool going on as a hobby.

It's generally a school for crunchy folks, folks that are locals, or folks that couldn't get in at a "good" school.

Baker isn't 1.5hrs... but it is a solid hour no less.

Hate the east coast lol, upstate NY is not for me. I wanna move out west. Got a decent scholarship to WWU and will only cost a little more than a state school so that's the difference i'll pay
