What kind of setup do you have for your newschoolers computer? What do you prefer Mac or Windows? Laptop or desktop? I am more of a desktop kind of guy and like Windows. I am currently at school I will post pictures when I arrive home. Meanwhile I will entertain you with this dope setup with CRT Monitors.
2013 HP ENVY
Mines stickerbombed and beat to shit from a couple years of neglect and stuff but it works perfectly and has fairly nice processing speed for streaming stuff and playing games.
I mainly use this little Lenovo X100e that I bought for $50. I like Mac and Windows, I do like iMovie more than other editing software. I prefer desktop
Maybe I'm retarded or something but does anyone know why images appear so small when you attach a file from your pc like the one above? If you click on it it goes to normal size but otherwise it stays small, at least on my screen.

I think that it automatically scales down images so they don't take up to much space in the thread

I personally upload my pictures to imgur and don't use the newschoolers picture option in threads

When posting a thread/reply, turn the editor on right below the text box and above the cancel button. At top it should give you an upload option now.
