Replying to Look Pivot 14

Hey!
2 years ago I bought a Look Pivot binding in order to have no binding problems anymore, and for better preventing of knee damage.
So my ACL teared while skiing, which I don't blame on the binding. But the main problem is, that it always releases when it should not. Today I hit my head hard because of it. The thing is it don't really releases it goes off sideways and the heelpieces are still in the closed position. I put in the binding as close to the boot as possible. It happens most times when I'm pedaling on the front foot for a back spin out. Does anyone have the same problem? Could there be a flawed part of the binding?
