Replying to Taf apparel= terrible service and terrible quality

I Bought a hoodie in mid October and they had accidentally oversold the size I ordered so if I still wanted it, it would be backorder for a bit, so I cancelled it. In mid November Taf had still not refunded me so I emailed them and they told me I should be refunded around thanksgiving (I still have not been refunded). Then on black Friday I made the poor choice to order another hoodie from Taf and they still haven't sent it out, almost two weeks later. FUCK Taf. Also I have a friend who ordered one those elk hoodies a year or two back and I talked to him and he said he wouldn't order a Taf hoodie again because the quality of the hoodie was shit (especially for the price you're paying).
