First of all I know this gonna sound like every other jerry post on this site. But i really need some help looking for some cheap park skis. Anything 300 and down please, I need some good skis for this season but for an affordable price. Thank You.

If you want a pair to last, don't buy vokles. I've never owned a pair but I've had friends who don't ski hard park but still the tips will peal or an edge will rip easily. Again, I've never owned a pair just from friends experience.

imo go with a set of lines or look for a used pair of armadas. get line if your on a strict budget and want new skis, but i have always had problems with the topseeets being super weak and getting destroyed in a few seasons. where used armadas should be good but be careful when buying used.

Anything on the Volkl Ledge? I found a pair for 230$ new.

I have never been on a pair personally, but I know a few people who have had them and the opinions seem to be different depending on who you ask

I would recommend armada, they are extremely durable. Including a bigger edge + carbon fiber throughout the ski for durability.

Ricky420i agree i would rip a pair of k2s, should have included them in my other post


Go with K2 Press's I picked up a pair for like 250 and they lasted me 2 seasons before the edges fell out, but they are still skiable today. They are super light and are great for getting comfortable on rails for your first time.

Getting comfortable??? lol I can already cork and whatnot, I'm just seeing what other people recommend for new skis.

I have a pair. They are super super soft. The topsheet chips easily but it is hard to avoid that. The base doesn't hold that much wax so you need to wax frequently. The ski is ridiculously light. I have heard some stories of people snapping them but they ski them really hard. I am very melo and just got them because i needed a basic ski to learn to slide some boxes and rails and do some grabs off of jumps. If you ski pretty hard, then I would not recommend them as they don't seem like they would be that durable. Try the step or wall for that.

No if you buy at the right time skis can be cheap(as far as skis go), buying skis during the summer or preseason will usually be decently priced. You could also buy from companies like surface that are around $300~ for some skis

My favorite brands are definitely not the ones you listed. Check out on3p, hg skis, vishnu skis, faction, icelantic etc.

These are all bomb company's that make solid product, but there mostly going to be out of ops price range

My apologies, i just figured giving your site activity and the fact that you were asking for cheap skis that you wouldn't have had a lot of experience, I would probably go with presses if you are more of a jib guy, otherwise check out armadas
