Bent my pinky toe at a 90° angle back in 2012 right before the season. (Turned out the lights and went to run into bed and I stubbed it on a radiator). Took me about about 4 weeks to recover. Do not underestimate it and do not rush into it. I probably could have made a faster recovery, but I took the tape off too soon and stubbed it again.
It hurt like a butch to walk the first week. I broke my big toe less than 2 years ago. I started skiing after a week with a gel insert under my toe and popped like 3 advil. It hurt to ski a lot, didn't really start skiing hard until 2 1/2 weeks with still a small amount of pain. It depends what toe you broke
Drunken danced into a coffee table last year and broke a toe. Didn't ski on it for a week or two but eventually said fuck and just 2 extra strength advil and ripped it. The stiff neck I got from fucking up a landing hurt way worse and I ended up completely forgetting about the toe.
