K2 Press?

Has anyone ridden the K2 press? It's been 6 or 7 years since I've had new park skis, and my rossi's are so shot its time for an upgrade!

I found a cheap pair new for $199 CAD with a free mount and I have some old fks to toss on.

Looks like they should be fine for a park only ski...

Had a pair last season, honestly you get what you pay for. K2 so it had tip and tail rivets, no problem with delam. Top sheet chipped off if you so much as touched it, but that's just superficial. They're pretty soft, but the flex felt pretty dry , idk that might just be me. The rocker flat rocker is gonna be fine in the park, but they chatter a lot at speed.

I'd just invest another ~$100 dollars on a sale ski if you're really strapped for cash. These are pretty much up sized kids skis.

Not bad skis. Light, pretty soft, good for presses and butters. They're a little longer than advertised (my 169s were actually 172cm).

But yeah you could probably find better for not that much more money if you don't mind going to used way.

I had a pair a while back and honestly I loved them, they were cheap and soft and you could beat on them and not feel bad. Dont expect them to last forever but in my opinion they are a good price point. You pay for quality in this industry, just keep that in mind
