So, I've posted on NS a few times already, and the public response is usually skeptical at best. However, it's super cool when skiers contact me directly and express their interest in Integral Management. Like everyone on this site, I love to ski, and I find the opportunities for human interaction and personal progression that action sports present every day incredibly inspiring.
Integral is a student-led organization committed to creating opportunity in action sports, where start-up costs are high, and the financial means necessary to compete at the highest level are even higher. Action sports industries - whether skiing, whitewater paddling, skateboarding, or others - are also increasingly constrained financially, and support from major companies is progressively more difficult to receive.
We hope to fill some of this vacuum by providing advice, support, and, hopefully, hooking up-and-coming athletes up with sponsorships. I won't promise anything other than that anything we do is completely free-of-charge or obligation.
I'm sure that this post leaves you with more questions (and skepticism) than answers, so let us know on this thread if there's anything we can clarify. Because our plan is unique for each athlete, however, it's probably best to contact us at integralmanagement@live.com or through our website at http://www.integralmanagement.weebly.com if you have more detailed questions.
Thanks for your interest,
Kyle
