the only way to get dub backs is to literally just huck and tuck, as long as you commit you will be fine.

dub misty is real easy, just start out with misty 5 and keep rotating to land on your back, after a while just go for the dub and commit, its not a scary trick at all in my opinion.

dub side for me is somewhat similar to dub misty. at least in my head. i throw mine as if its a misty 4 to sideflip (pretty much 90 in dub side)

dub 10 just get good at cork 7's and then start trying to get the set (cork 7 to your back) and the rest was pretty intuitive for me. youtube tutorials will help as well

Fuck dub fronts. that being said, I can't/won't do them. Dub misty, dub lincoln, dub 10 and 12 are all super easy. Dub backs are fun just sketchy for sure for the first time. If u commit to anything you'll be fine. Just don't pussy out half way through and fuck up

Make sure you have a real back tuck before trying a dub back. Lots of skiers (I've noticed) just throw themselves backwards to flip and if you try to dub that way you will die.

A dub back set is really easy. Just over rotate to your back, bounce on said back and roll over to your feet. Make sure you actually continue the flip though. I see people who bounce forward after doing the set and all that really teaches you is how to open up too soon. Continuing your rotation is a good habit to get into I think.

I learned to do sets by standing/ with only a small bounce and then gradually went bigger (you don't want to be 10 feet in the air and over rotate too much). You can use a mat if you want to. Don't really need it though unless you're sketch.

I've seen people send dub backs Into a pit but that's pretty terrifying to me and it seems like you have to jump back/travel more than you should just doing it on tramp. So I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it that way. But some people do it to get the feeling of going upside down twice. I don't know. I would recommend just getting someone to throw a pad and send it on a tramp when you've got the sets down at a reasonable height.
