Has anyone ever had any problems with this website. If so, please say.. I ordered a pair of Missoula Pants over a month ago with the 5-10 day shipping and never got them.

took two and a half months to order my Joystick Mittens. They arrived and were the wrong size... I emailed the website and never got a reply. After emailing Joystick themselves asking if they were even affiliated with the brand I got this huge apology email for the poor service and they sent me a new pair of mitts, two hats, and shitton of die cuts for free. Still don't know if Freeskibrands.com is legit or not but i'm not ordering from them to be safe. I'll just go straight through the manufacturer.
