haha, let the assrapage begin!!!!

Have you guys ever watched bmx dirt jumping? the shit is fucking crazy. I watched one guy do a misty 720, it was insane. Then i tried to hit this little tabletop on my bike, i got like 2 feet of air and ate crap, it fucking sucked.

haha, ive got footage of me trying a shitty small like, 2ft gap, but i didnt know what to do, so i tried to bunny hop or pop it or something.
i ended up doing a superman to faceplant

in the misty thing is the guy wearing a bluish shirt, if so that ryan nyquist, he did it at the aussie x-games in stadium Australia. It was pretty sick the whole crowd went fucking nana. It was the sickest thing i have seen on a bike

might have been him, he wasnt from around here, in some old crusty demons of dirt vid this guy does a front flip on a bmx, it was super sick.

Misty 720???@! wtf. That's insane. Biking is so rad because the possiblities are ENDLESS. You're not a slave to the mountain. No hiking, no bitching about shitty terrain parks. All you need is a town. I've seen some pretty rad shit be done on a simple curb (foot plant to tail whip). So much more room for creativity. I wish i were better at it.

Are you sure it was a misty 7? Because the thing he calls a backflip 3 is more of a backflip7/dspin7 kinda thing. He did it in the xgames last year. I've only heard of a couple people ever doing frontflips over dirt, and matt beringer was trying them in comps a few years ago.

ryan nyquist does two different crazy tricks you're thinking of. its not a misty 7 tho. one is a backflip 360, and the other is a corked 7. both tricks fuckin sick. i never would have thought bmx would get to that level.

yeah, i don't know anything thing about biking, so i don't know who it was, but on that sports/music award thing, they has an award for the most insane stunt or something - one was seth morrison's loops off cliffs, one was the guy that did backflips on a snowmobile, and another was this guy that did a tow in on a BMX to like a 30 feet quarter pipe, i swear he was like 100ft in the air, it was insane!

I've seen clips in some of my bike vids, he also did it back in the early 90's out of like a 25 foot ramp and did like a 22 foot air

I'm having a harder time choosing which is crazier, hoffman's air, or there was this comp in the desert somewhere, where it was a long distance jumping contest over cars w/ a launch ramp, the farthest was 110, can you imagine jumping chad's gap on a bike with a hard surface under you? I remember one of the streiby brothers bailed and he had enough time to yell 'oh shit' twice, and he only turned his ankle after falling from close to 40 feet.

spins are MUCH harder then flips on a bike, and you throw a misty like a flip, not a spin.
