I'm definitely late to the party here but I went over to their site and saw it was up for sale. I have a pair of their pants and they're the best fitting and most comfortable things I've worn so I'm just curious as to what happened. Did they go out of business or stop? Did they sell out or change brand names?

I just bought a pair of snow pants and jacket off some guy with boxes full of the stuff in Maine. cost like 100 bucks. pretty legit gear. Sad to hear they are gone.
