I recently downloaded the onthesnow app and set a powder alert, but it popped up at 8am which is way too late to do anything about (already on my way to work at that point). Yes, I can just look at the forecast earlier but I was wondering if anyone uses some other app for this. A 5am pop up would be nice.
The SkiUtah app is alright if you live in UT. It lets you set the resorts for alerts, the time of alert, and the amount of snow needed to trigger the alert.
whats that app that came out last season where it uses basically the google maps/earth interface to find powder? I remember you could drop pins like you can on an iphone which is totally fuckin bogus.
I might be thinking of that shitty app vail resorts has.
