Good day tours in the jasper, Banff, Canmore area?? (Alberta, Canada)

I'm just getting into touring and i was wondering if anyone had some good spots for day tours? possibly overnight? also just in general some good beginner tips? if anyone wants to go touring and is looking for a buddy in that are hit me up, im only 16, though.
