Having trouble deciding between billy goats or Kartel 116, don't really know the difference between then

I'm 5'11 140 ski all mountain except park

The BG is directional. The Kartel is also designed to be skied switch. Here's a great review:

BG is the best directional charging pow ski on the market. Great float, insane stability, can shut down on a dime. If I had to have one pow ski the rest of my life, it would be the BG.

The Kartel 116 is obviously a jibby pow ski, but it does have pretty good stability in crud. Super natural in the air. I have a pair currently, and put about 6 days on them in the spring and used them for every condition. Definitely an improvement on the Caylor, and Jeffery. I'm very happy with them. They also ski groomers very well for a ski their size.

It all boils down to what kind of ski you are looking for.

designed to be skied forward, not made with switch skiing in mind
