POWDER.RANGERfell off a 18-20ft rock ledge and landed on a log, which made my tibia crunch my talus into something resembling a rice krispie square. had to have bone graft surgery and didn't walk for 10 months.
pduncanTalus break is so bad.

POWDER.RANGERyup still dealing with significant range of motion issues 4 years later, luckily ski boots are the best ankle supports ever
DaphShattered my femur, tibia, fibula, tore my Achilles and damaged my peroneal nerve hitting a tree a few years back. It was tight.
SconnieSuper nasty concussion. I was hauling ass through the glades at my hill, which I know very well... somehow took a wrong turn and went straight into some thick shit and I got clotheslined by a crooked tree. Cracked my helmet and went out like a light. Nobody saw the accident and I got out of the trees by myself once I woke up. Just layed under the lift until patrol came.
I had a special yellow sheet at school for a couple weeks which exempted me from a lot of tests and shit, that was chill.
POWDER.RANGERluckily ski boots are the best ankle supports ever
theabortionatorI broke my pride a couple of times. Probably the toughest recovery out of any injury I ever had. It comes back to an extent, but never fully.
It was a really difficult time in my life. I'm just happy I've recovered enough to still get out and ski a bit here and there. Be safe guys!
Deforestation-Broken leg first time skiing when I was 5
-Dude flew into me with a snowboard and sliced through my ski pants into my shin
-Tore ankle ligament off the bone a couple years ago (that fucked me up will never be the same as it can't reattach itsself)
Currently sitting on a knee injury. Landed front seat off a small cliff yesterday and felt a weird pain where my knee and shinbone connect, tried to ski today, literally couldn't put enough pressure on my foot to get my binding to click in and had to stop after 2 shitty runs. Hopefully it's nothing too bad as I can walk fine but I'll get it checked out tomorrow.
