Need help picking a binding

I have a set of Salomon rocker 100 under foot 178's and tecnica Cochise 110 boots sz 11. I would like to get a pair of marker barons. Do I need large or small barons and do I need tech soles or will the reg sole work? Any advice would be helpful. Much appreciated! Thanks

On the side of your boot there is a mm size. Look at it and decide if its large or small for the barons.
Not sure what soles you have on it. The older cochise had alpine soles. Not sure what the new ones are set up for.
Don't the new cochise have Tech inserts?
Pull out your owners manual and check whats on it.
