Nikon D5500 Rolling Shutter

Anyone with a Nikon D5500 or has experienced a lot of rolling shutter, how can I fix it? I know I can do things in post with it but I was hoping there would be something to do in the immediate camera settings...I've only experimented with it in low light, could that be an issue?

Cant really do anything about rolling shutter, keep your shot steady and avoid panning at high speeds if possible.
