Delaminating?

I own a pair of Volkl mantra and i recently noticed a small bump the size of a dime dead center on the tip of my base. Is the edge poping out or is it a wax build up or what...

Also, can you push down on it? Does it feel like there's space behind it?

Its right on the tip literally on the edge, and no i cant push it in

Pics would be helpful, but it sounds like the tip got impacted a little bit and the teeth of the edge are pushing the base up. Not too big of a deal, if it looks chewed up you could coat the damage with epoxy to make sure it's sealed, you could also clamp the surface flat while you epoxy it but since it's on the tip it won't really affect on snow performance
