Almost any rail in a park works for learning them. Wide tube rails will probably be easiest, and it's all in the feet, not the arms.
Blind 2, dip your leading foot toe, pop, and look around like you're doing a 360.
Front 2, dip your leading foot heel, pop, and let yourself land switch.
