Virtika Warranty Repair Time?

Has anyone returned something to Virtika to get it repaired under warranty? I sent in my pants about 2 months ago, and haven't heard anything back from them. I've emailed twice now, with no response. I know it got to them, because I had tracking on the package.

And they showed up today. So to answer my own question, it looks like warranty repair turn-around time is appx. 2 months.
