Replying to Climate change

So I always hear people saying that people are dumb for not believing in climate change. But it's not between believing in climate change or not... it's about whether you believe it is almost entirely man-made. Lots of people don't believe that it is man made, including 16% of climate scientists. People always state that 97% percent of scientists say climate change is real. Sure they do. But only 84% agree that it is man made.

So.... is climate change man made? If so, why? If not, why? We don't have a lot of solid historical temperatures to go by. Also, we don't completely understand a climate cycle, if there is one? The data shows the climate is changing. But one must make an inference that it's man made, and that inference could very well be wrong.
