Build up muscle mass/ work out a bit and you wont get as hurt or bruised when you inevitably crash.

Dunderflippick up skating or blading, cause falling on concrete hurts a fuckton more than on snow. teaches you how to roll and fall properly after like 3 semi-bad falls. also you take it to snow and you barely even feel crashes unless you knee yourself in the face or something dumb

reecemasters0stretch on the lift and wear hip pads. I don't wear any hip pads but by the end of the day I regret not using them. stretching really does help though
