Replying to I'm thinking about buying a 7d2?

I'm sort of thinking about getting a 7d2.
I currently shoot with a 5d2 and I'm getting rather fed up with the slow speed and not-usable AF.
In a perfect world I'd love to just get a 5d4, but I'm poor. The 7d2 is appealing because of price (about $900 used), speed, and af.

I'm wondering how significant the drop in IQ will be going back to a crop sensor. I would keep the 5d2 for fish, flash and non-action. I'd imagine low-light performance is about equal.

Does anyone out there have a 7d2? I'd love to hear some hands-on reviews.
