Best Flex for Big Mountain/Freeride Skiing

I'm looking to compete in state and regional comps this year for big mountain, and I'm looking for new boots. Price is no problem, I have an internship at a custom ski shop and have got a shit ton saved up for boots this year. I'm riding 2017 Faction Candide 3.0's, I weigh 115, and I'm 5'6".
I went to go try on boots (Salomon QST 120's, Lange Freetour 130's) and the shop pro was surprised that I could flex 120's no problem. That aside, what is the optimum boot flex for big mountain skiing? OR any other recommended boots for what I'm doing?

Boots tend to feel softer in the warm store than out on the hill.
Your boot fitter can determine what boot and flex you should ski.

Boot flex has no standard across companies and how different boots fit your feet affects how you flex them as well. All in all your best bet is to find a QUALIFIED bootfitter that won't be surprised when a 115lb kid can flex a 120 boot in the shop.
I rode salomon quest 120s when I was about your weight and I thought they flexed really well for some steep aggressive riding. Now I'm like 140lbs 6' and ski the quest max 130 which is a bit stiffer and more progressive of a flex than the old 120 or the cheaper model with 130 flex. Anyways boot flex number is pretty vague measurement and a good boot fitter will understand what flex you need, even if you are trying boots in a warm shop. And I only mention the quest boots because those fit me very well.
Usually a quick google search for the best bootfitter in your area will set you in the right direction
