Replying to Is Snapchat worth more than Tesla?

What do you think? Snapchat is supposedly filing for an IPO to raise $4B at a valuation for $35B. Put another way, a 24 year old Stanford graduate thinks his app is more valuable than Tesla. I don't use Snapchat but many of my friends are obsessed with it. The CEO turned down zuckeberg's offer to buy Snapchat and recently got engaged to model Miranda Kerr who will sign a famous prenup.
