Should I change my boots?

I bought a pair of 2011 full tilt booter from a friend that came with a #4 flex tongue.Problem is, I cannot find a higher flex tongue to buy for this model-the usual full tilt tongues are not compatible-
I am skiing usually all mountain plus some tricks, I am an advanced skier, 160 pounds@6ft.
Should I send them back and get a pair of garmont literider with a flex of 110?
Also, I am on a budget
thanks

A properly fitting boot will hugely make your skiing experience better, and I can guarantee your boot doesn't fit well regardless of its flex.
That said, ski what you want, and what you can afford. I think your boots are too soft.

Well, thing is, this boot fits perfecly and I just called K2 for a replacement and they said the have a #7 flex tongue, so I guess I'll have to go with that. Thanks for the answer anyway,I kinda felt they were too soft, but didn't want to admit it
