Sticky handrail

theres this dope 24 set by my school someone even bothered to cut off the kink at the end but never hit it so today i hit it and it was unbelievably sticky anyone know how to smooth it up or is wax the best idea

it may be ur edges. just file it down or wax it like a normal rail for your skateboard. but dont use as much cause if its a 24 ull be hauling ass at the end of it.
