Actually the guy spent months armor plating this massive bulldozer so there was only a small slit that he could shoot out of. He fationed some sort of door and locked himself inside the cab. The guy drove around for several hours and the cops couldn't do anything to stop him because he was running over all the cars, trucks, and road graters that they tried to stop him with while shooting an assault rifle at anyone in his way. The rampage finally stopped when he drove into a building, blew out the radiator, fell through the floor into the basement and shot himself. Even after he was dead it took 14 hours to cut him out with a plasma cutting torch.
