So I (and probably a lot of other people on ns) have an unstable kneecap that likes to move to the sides of my knee with impact or after standing for awhile. This also makes my ligaments and tendons irritated and can lead to some pretty shitty pain and swelling that makes life suck for the next few days. I'm looking for a knee brace that doesn't cost a fortune but does a good job at holding my knee in place.
